Keep existing phone number
It’s possible to transfer your current phone number to digitec connect. During the registration process, we’ll ask if you’d like to keep your existing phone number or select a new one with your subscription.
Please note: If you’d like to keep your phone number, don’t cancel your current mobile subscription. If you cancel it, you’ll lose your number. We’ll take care of cancelling the subscription for you and will transfer your existing number to your new digitec connect subscription.
Select a new phone number
If you’d like a new phone number, the system will generate one for you automatically. You cannot freely select your phone number.
