How is the collected data used?
We can’t view the content of messages or which web pages were visited. For this reason, it’s impossible to save this data. We can’t view your location, either.
Any use of data by digitec connect itself is solely for billing and statistical purposes. We won’t send you any information via SMS or e-mail that isn’t related to digitec connect. In some exceptional cases, e.g. for payment reminders, we may send you an SMS.
Data deletion
Usage data and identity documents are deleted 6 months after you cancel your subscription.
