You can pay for your digitec connect subscription via TWINT or by credit card or prepaid credit card from Mastercard, Visa or Diners Card. During the registration process, you’re asked to store a valid credit card or link your TWINT account. Payments are always in arrears and taken at the beginning of the following month.
Managing payment options
You can manage your payment method in your Cockpit. Go to your profile (name), access the user menu and select «Manage payment option».
Please note
- TWINT: If you’ve connected your bank account to TWINT, your account balance needs to be sufficient when the amount is debited. The same applies (sufficient balance) if you’ve connected a credit card to TWINT.
- Prepaid card: if you’re using a prepaid card, make sure it has enough credit, or the system will reject your registration.
- Revolut: in the case of online providers such as Revolut, you should check the settings and make sure online transactions are allowed. Visa cards issued abroad by Revolut don’t always have 3-D Secure. Unfortunately, we can’t accept cards without this security feature.
