Redeeming a voucher

Redeeming your voucher online is easy:

1. Go to your Cockpit.
2. Click on your name on the top right and select «Redeem code».
3. Enter your code and select the name of the person who should receive it.
4. To confirm, click «Redeem».

Please note

• You need an active subscription to redeem a voucher.
• Our vouchers don’t expire.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per connection (i.e. phone number). Vouchers purchased with the purchase of a smartphone are excluded (cumulative).
• Vouchers are valid from the activation date; there are no retroactive discounts.
• Redeemed vouchers can be found under «Payment».
• Vouchers are always sent to the e-mail address saved in the order. Please also check your spam folder.
