Keep existing phone number or select a new phone number

It’s possible to transfer your current phone number to digitec connect. During the registration process, we’ll ask if you’d like to keep your existing phone number or select a new one with your subscription. 

If you wish to keep your phone number, you can add another phone number in your Cockpit by clicking on «Add a Family + Friends member»:

1. next, you’ll see a pop-up window displaying two options: Click on «Add now».
2. Select «I’m using the SIM card».
3. Then «Keep your current number».
4. Select your current provider and tell us your phone number and contract type.
5. Select your previous provider from the drop-down list, then enter your current number and contract type
