There’s no minimum contract period. In the first month, you can cancel any day you like with immediate effect. After the first month, you can cancel at the end of each subsequent month.
You can cancel your subscription directly from your digitec connect Cockpit. Simply go to «Settings» and «digitec connect subscription».
If you want to switch to another provider, you cancel your digitec connect subscription through your new provider.
What happens to Family + Friends?
If the account administrator wants to cancel their subscription, there are two options: one of the members can become the new account administrator, or each member can receive a separate digitec connect account. Remaining members will continue to benefit from the Family + Friends advantages according to the number of members.
