We don’t do minimum contract periods. In the first month, you can cancel any day you like with immediate effect. After the first month, you can cancel at the end of each subsequent month.
You can cancel your subscription directly from your digitec connect Cockpit. Simply go to «Settings» and «digitec connect subscription».
- Go to «Settings» and click on «digitec connect subscription».
- Click on «Cancelling».
- Make sure the phone number you wish to cancel is displayed.
- Check the boxes to confirm that you agree with the terms of the cancellation and click on the button «Cancel subscription».
Please note: If you want to switch to another provider, you cancel your digitec connect subscription through your new provider.
What happens to Family + Friends?
If the account administrator wants to cancel their subscription, there are two options: one of the members can become the new account administrator, or each member can receive a separate digitec connect account. Remaining members will continue to benefit from the Family + Friends advantages according to the number of members.
Can I pause my subscription?
Unfortunately, pausing your subscription is currently not possible.
However, you can switch to a prepaid subscription with another provider and take your phone number with you. Once you feel like getting a subscription again, simply re-register with us and transfer your phone number back to digitec connect.
