- Log in to your digitec connect Cockpit.
- Go to «Settings» and select «SIM card».
- Switch «SIM status» from «On» to «Off». This blocks your SIM card.
- Report the affected phone number via the contact form and you’ll receive a new SIM card by post.
The connection will remain blocked until the new SIM card is activated. Should you find your smartphone in the meantime, you can easily unlock your SIM card again in your Cockpit.
