You SIM card may not be recognised for several reasons:
- We recommend you first try checking if the SIM card works in another device. If it does, there’s likely an issue with your device.
- If you’re using a dual-SIM device, try putting your SIM card in the other slot, and restart your device. If it still doesn’t work, there’s likely an issue with the SIM card itself. Please use the contact form to get in touch with us. We’ll send you a replacement SIM card free of charge.
